Stage 1: Brand DNA

Before we build anything, we need to understand the landscape. You'll complete customer interviews and competitor analysis using AI tools and prompts we provide. This is the intelligence gathering that shapes everything that follows and you’re in control of how much or how little you do.

Using the Ikigai framework, we'll uncover your brand's unique position, we'll discover that sweet spot where your skills, passion, human needs, and commercial viability intersect.

We'll define your brand archetype, values and voice plus your brand story based on the hero's journey model. We'll create a collaborative mood board that captures your visual style and you’ll learn to be your own creative director.

Stage 3: Visual Identity

Over to us: your personality brought to life

Strategy without execution is just good thinking. Once we've mapped your brand's DNA and defined your personality, we’ll translate those insights into something tangible - the visual and verbal identity and story that brings your brand to life.

  • Your brand personality becomes your visual language. We’ll develop 3 versions of a style direction from your mood board, then we’ll jump into:

    • Colour palette that works across all applications

    • Your brand's fonts

    • Brand assets and visual elements

    • Tone of voice that represents your unique personality

    • Simple brand guidelines in Canva - your blueprint for consistency

    • (Logo design available at additional cost of £2,500)

It's deliberately priced to make brand strategy accessible to more early stage startups. Because of this, we can only take on one MVB project a month alongside our larger projects. We've been in your shoes. We built our startup, D3O from invention to global ingredient brand, securing partnerships with Olympic teams and major manufacturers like Puma, The North Face and HEAD and raising millions in finance.

 

We set up the UK office for innovation agency Idea Couture and worked on projects with VF Corporation (Vans, The North Face, Timberland), Whirlpool, Panasonic, Cisco, Samsung, Lee, Wrangler, Bata, Linde, Lululemon, Tesco and Sanofi. We've since worked with many startups helping them get their big ideas into the world.

We know how hard it is to build belief in early stage ideas, and we’re passionate about helping founders turn their vision into reality. We have seen the power of brand-thinking to bring seemingly impossible ideas to life, and we want to share it.
